Reservations in Balchik Villas can be done by:

• Through the reservation form in the website
• Through email

Your booking is insured through a deposit equal to 50 % of the total amount for your stay. The remaining 50% is payable by bank transfer before check-in or by card.

Full payment is required for last minute (up to a week before start day) bookings.

In case guests have not officially cancelled their booking and do not show-up, above mentioned deposit is non-refundable.

If you cancel your reservation more than 60 days before the check-in, the deposit is refunded.

If you cancel your reservation between 30 to 60 days before the check-in, the deposit will be used for a future booking.

If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days before the check-in, 100% of the deposit is non-refundable.

When a client makes a reservation it is considered that he/she has read the general terms and conditions and agrees with them.

Check-in and Check-out

The hours for check-in and check-out are as follows:

• Check-in: from 15:00 o’clock.
• Check-out: up to 11:00 o’clock.

Privacy of your Personal Data

Following the national regulations we are obligated to collect some of your personal data upon check-in. All personal information will be kept confidential and will not be used or distributed by us and/or released to any third party unless requested by a Government agency with legal ground to do so.

Smoking, noise and pets

1. All indoor spaces at the villa are 100% non-smoking. This includes vaping, hookahs, cigarettes and cigars.

Smoking is allowed at outdoor areas. Please use the ashtrays and do not throw your cigarette butts in the garden.

In a case of violation of this policy, an amount of 100 BGN will be kept from your deposit.

2. Loud music and noisy companies are forbidden in all outdoor areas of the property, especially between 14:00 and 16:00 o’clock and after 22:00 o’clock in the evening.
The guests can enjoy themselves and have fun inside the house as much as they wish, within the norms of respectful behaviour.

3. Pets are not allowed.
